Abstract
Summarize and analyze the major existing research methods about human factors in civil aviation industry. Point out their shortcomings. Systematically study the HRA (Human Reliability Analysis) techniques which have been successfully applied to nuclear industry. Combined with the advantages of HRA, bring forward the point of view that introduces the HRA technique to civil aviation operation and study human reliability in it. Contrast civil aviation industry and nuclear industry with several elements. Demonstrate the feasibility of the view of point. The purpose of this study is to provide a new theoretical guidance and reliable data for human factor research in civil aviation, and to make the result of human factor analysis more comprehensive, thorough and accurate.
