Research on Knowledge Innovation Model and its Innovation Strategy of Knowledge Alliance

Symbiosis is the driving force of knowledge alliance and an effective mode of operation to knowledge alliance.The symbiosis theory as a foundation,combing with Logistic model,it analyzes the process of knowledge innovation of knowledge alliance enterprise in-depth and systematic,and the analysis results show that the knowledge innovation process can be divided into three phases: germination,growth and maturity.Based on this,this article discusses the mathematical model of knowledge innovation of knowledge alliance enterprise.In the different stage,the article gives the key strategies of improving knowledge innovation ability of knowledge alliance enterprise,hoping for enriching and expanding the knowledge alliance's knowledge innovation related theory,and can maintain a long-term and stable symbiosis state and provides the theoretical support.
