Knowledge Alliance and Knowledge Innovation Strategy in Knowledge Enterprises

Abstract

The authors firstly analyze three dimensions of knowledge innovation strategy in knowledge enterprises, then point out four kinds of knowledge alliance actions and their composition. They also propose three kinds of knowledge innovation accelerating mechanisms under such actions; finally they study the effects of the mechanism on the three dimensions of knowledge innovation strategy.
