Reform of Cultural Institutions in Ethnic Areas: Problems and Countermeasures

The common problems existing in cultural institutions of China's ethnic regions are the impeded management structure,heavy financial burden,serious waste of resources,its defective operational and internal management mechanisms that cannot adapt the requirements of the market economy.In light of these problems,an in-depth reform should be carried out in the personnel employment system,post management system and income distribution system.Meanwhile,we should develop cultural industries vigorously and the cultural cause of pullce welfare in a variety of forms,strengthen cultural legislation as well.Only in this way can we promote the development of cultural undertakings in ethnic areas.
