Abstract
University culture is the identity that distinguishes the university from other social organizations.It is university's soul and spirit,which is the same case with medical universities.Construction of modern university must start with the construction of harmonious university culture,and the construction of medical university culture should accord with the university's actual characteristics and objective needs and seek an effective approach of cultural construction.
