Abstract
University culture construction is not only a complex and scientific system engineering,but also an important means to improve the soft power of universities.The university culture is a high quality life style and important component of advanced socialist culture.To promote the construction of university culture,attention should be paid to the refining of university spirit,improvement of talents training,optimization of academic teams and perfection of modern university system.
