Ophiopogon Decoction for Treatment of 40 cases of Chronic Cough

Abstract

[Objective] Observation Ophiopogon decoction treatment of chronic cough reduce curative effect.[Method] 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups: control group(40 cases of western medicine routine treatment.40 cases in treatment group Ophiopogon decoction flavour,1 w for a period of treatment,treatment after 1 w according to the illness to make adjustment,cough symptoms continue to consolidate treatment after 1 to 2 months.Both groups treatment after 12 w withdrawal follow-up curative effect.[Result] Treatment 12 w treatment group and control group all have improved,no obvious difference between the two groups(P 0.05).Follow-up of 3 months recovery rate treatment group than in control group(P 0.05),the total effective rate no difference between the two groups(P 0.05).[Conclusion] Ophiopogon decoction treatment of chronic cough reduce the results were satisfactory.
