Application feasibility of Orphee Mythic 22 hematology analyzer in plateau area

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the application value of the Orphee Mythic 22 hematology analyzer in plateau area by confirming the precision of hemoglobin(HGB) detection.Methods:The 10 fresh whole blood specimens selected in successive 3 d were performed the detection.The parallel detection of each specimen was carried out for 5 times.The HGB value was recorded.The average value and the coefficient of variation were calculated.Results:The values of the coefficient of variation in 10 specimens were within the allowable range,and CV 1.0%.Conclusion:The Orphee Mythic 22 hematology analyzer has better application in plateau area.
