Abstract

Objective To study the chemical constituents of the extract from the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.Methods The extract from the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.were eluted by water and different concentration of alcohol on the D101 macroporous resin. The 55% alcohol-water portion was collected and chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC.Physical-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural identification. Results Compound 1-5 were obtained and their structures were elucidated as 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyl ursolic acid(1),ursolic acid(2),vitexin(3),2′-O-rhamnosyl vitexin(4),kaempferol(5).Conclusions 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyl ursolic acid(1) is isolated from Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.for the first time. The part data of()~(13)C-NMR of compound 1 in the literature were corrected by the 2D-NMR spectroscopic methods.
