The clinical observe on activestage rheumatoid arthritis combined treatment of Chinese medicine and Western medicine

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoxuetongbi soup combined with Western medicine in activestage rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 106 cases patients with RA were randomly divided into treatment groups(56 cases)and control group(50 cases),two groups all gave Western medicine,and treatment groups still gave Huoxuetongbi soup.6 weeks for a course of treatment.After two courses,observed clinical effect.Results The treatment of the total availability(82.1%)was higher than that(68.0%)in control group,the difference had a statistical significance(P0.05).Before treating,the number of various symptoms in two groups were reduced,and treatment groups and have less than the control group(P0.05).After treatment,rheumatoid factor(RF),ESR,and CRP had significantly improve,the difference had statistical significance(P0.01);The treatment group was better than the control(P0.05).Conclusion There is a combination of activestage rheumatoid arthritis is superior to the treatment of drug treatment,there is simply Western medicine can complement each other.
