Abstract
【Objective】To observe the protective effect of octreotide on ischemia-reperfusion injury in the rabbit liver.【Methods】Twenty four adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into equal 3 groups: sham operative group(Group A)、ischemia-reperfusion group(Group B)and octreotide preconditioning group(Group C).recorded the changes of MAP、HR in every rabbit at the time before ischemia(T1),30min after ischemia(T2),30min(T3)、120min(T4) after reperfusion were recorded;the Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)、Aspartate aminotransferase(AST)、Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in the serum in every rabbit at T1、T4 were detected;observed the pathomorphology of every group under light microscope, the hepatocellular ultrastructure of every group by electromicroscope at T4 were observed.【Results】The MAP、HR of Group B were lower than those of group A at T2 、T3(P0.01),the MAP、HR of Group C were lower than those of group A at T2(P0.01),the MAP、HR of Group C were higher than those of Group B at T2 、T3(P0.05 or P0.01);the ALT、AST、LDH of Group B、C were higher than those of Group A at T4,and the ALT、AST、LDH were lower of Group C than those of Group B at T4(P0.05 or P0.01);the injury of pathomorphology and hepatocellular ultrastructure of Group C were milder than Group C.【Conclusion】Octreotide can protect rabbit liver injury from ischemia-reperfusion injury.
