Abstract
The impact of the organizational justice connotations on the organizational citizenship behaviors is a hot topic recently;however, the research results are quite different. With the help of the organizational justice scale formed through interviews and a panel of experts, this study tested the construct validity of organizational justice, and analyzed the relationship between the organizational justice and the organizational citizenship behaviors with the regression analysis. The results demonstrate that the 4-dimensional organizational justice model is better than the 3-dimensional model, the 2-dimensional model and the1-dimensional model in the degree of fitting and it fits for distinctions among distributive, procedural, interpersonal and leadership justice by using the exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis. All dimensions of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behaviors are significantly correlated, and among them the degree of the interpretation to the interpersonal justice is higher than the other factors, which shows that the interpersonal justice plays a particularly important impact on the organizational citizenship behaviors among the other organizational justice dimensions under the Chinese social-connection-oriented cultural context.
