The relation between organizational justice and citizenship behavior and organizational trust in the staff of youth and sport organization of Fars province

Abstract

The current research is done with the goal of analyzing the relation between organizational justice and citizenship behavior and organizational trust in the staff of youth and sport organization of Fars province in 2012. The statistical universe is all of the staff that 120 of them are selected as the Subjects through random sampling.In this research organizational trust; organizational justice and citizenship behavior questionnaires were used. In order to analyze the data descriptive and deductive statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and regression analysis) with significance level ܘ≤ ૙ .૙૞ were used. The results show that there is a positive and significant relation between organizational justice, Distributional justice, Procedural Justice and Interpersonal Justice with citizenship organizational behavior. The overall organizational justice, distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice had a significant positive relationship with organization altruist there is also a multiple relation between triple components of organizational justice and citizenship organizational behavior. Finally, there were multiple relationships. Between the three components of organizational justice and organizational trust. Finally we can say that the more justice exists in the procedures, interpersonal relationships and devotion of testimonials, the more the staff would show responsibility and respect for each other and these are important aspects of citizenship behavior and when citizenship behavior is established under the light of organizational justice, there will be more effectiveness and a satisfactory space in the organization.
