Abstract
Political civilization is an important part of civilization, also one of the important targets of Chinese modernization. As two major parts of the political civilization, political consciousness civilization and political behavior civilization have their connotations and values. This paper analyzes the political consciousness civilization and political behavior civilization and tries to find out the relation between the two, in the hope that it will benefit the contemporary political civilization development in China.
