Abstract

The essay discusses social political civilization in six aspects,first,the process of the concept of social political civilization taking shape,then the basic meaning and contents and finally the significance of social political civilization.In the last two parts,the author argues over vectors and measures of construction of socialist political civilization and comes up with the idea of four organic integrity.
