Abstract
Objective:To study the aripiprazole combined with clozapine for the for the treatment in refractory schizophrenia therapeutic efficacy and side effect respectively.Methods:45 patients of clozapine in refractory schizophrenia combined with aripiprazole,PANSS and TESS were used to assess the therapeutic efficacy and side effect respectively before treatment、after treatment with 2、 4、 8、12 weekend. Results: The patients combined with aripiprazole PANSS scores decreased significantly(P0.05),the total side effect respectively decreased significantly(P0.05).Conclusions: Aripiprazole combined with clozapine in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia has good therapeutic efficacy, high safety, can be used as a good choice.
