Abstract

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and clozapine combination for the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Methods:84 cases of chronic refractory schizophrenia were randomly assigned to two groups(aripirazole with clozapine or clozapine alone) for 3.months and were assessed with the brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS).Results: aripiprazole combined with clozapine was superior to clozapine alone,mored efficacy and less side effects.Conclusions:
