The clinical effect of holmium laser percutaneous nephrolithotomy In the treatment of complex renal calculi

Objective To analyze the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods From January 2009 to June 2010,65 cases of complex renal in our section are randomly divided into two groups.Treatment of 32 cases have percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy.Control group of 33 patients have Percutaneous nephrostomy lithotomy kidney.Two cases are observed their intraoperative and postoperative.Results Treatment group of patients,blood loss,pneumothorax occurred in the number of cases lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Treatment group was 100.0% crushed stone,stone to take the net rate of 81.7%;the control group was 71.2% crushed stone,stone to take the net rate of 46.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy for kidney stone treatment with a shorter operative time,less blood loss,stone clearance rate,fewer complications,faster recovery of benefits,it can significantly shorten the course and is worthy of clinical application.
