Abstract
The scientific outlook on development reveals deeply moral subjects construction's essence requirement of vocational college,reflects its bassic regularity concentratedly,and its scientific thought methods.Carrying out the scientific outlook on development is necessary for propelling the construction of moral subsects to promote the construction of subjects strongly,to change teaching methods conscientiously,to put emphasis on construction of the supply of teachers and to consummate teaching system continuously.
