On the management mode of academic reference room in high-tech age

On the university library management pattern in high-tech era,the paper introduces the universities library literature resources construction and management,the problems of university library management mechanism and the main problems existing in the working system. Based on the low library resources utilization rate,the paper puts forward the necessity of strengthening the construction of university library and inevitability. Construction of university library is the extension of library construction,which can strengthen the construction of university library,the discipline construction in colleges and universities and scientific research level of teachers and students at colleges and universities. The countermeasure and the suggestion on the construction of university library paths,library staff's business training and the construction of college reference room of the network,such as straightening out university library's management mechanism and system construction,will affect the development of college library paths.
