Innovation of College Reading-room Construction and Management

Library is the information center and knowledge spreading front of colleges and universities. Its management level directly influences their teaching and research level. At present,our college library book resources utilization rate is rather low,library construction is lagging behind,library collection structure is not so reasonable,and library management and services are still in the traditional mode. In order to adapt the demand of college development,we should strengthen our hardware construction and propaganda work,optimize our library collection structure,and improve our management and service concept so as to innovate our college library construction and management.
