Abstract

Under the static condition, the influences of the modified zeolite on the exchange capacity Cd2 +ion are investigated in aspects of p H,temperature, concentrations and so on,as well as the effects of Cd2 +ions coexisted with other heavy metal cations and simultaneously the removal effects of the modified zeolite on the heavy metals in the simulated wastewater. The results show that the removal rate of the modified zeolite to Cd2 +ions can achieve more than 99%and also can make other metal cations, such as Pb2 +,Zn2 +and Cu2 +,meet the national emission standards.
