Clinical Observation on Effect BiMinShuang Capsule in Treating Syndromes of Allergic Rhinitis,Deficiency of Lung,Spleen and Qi

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of BiMinShuang capsule in treating lung-spleen-qi deficiency syndrome,for the development of the clinical efficacy of treatment of allergic rhinitis lays the foundation of new drug of TCM.Methods:We collected 240 patients diagnosed with lung,spleen qi deficiency syndrome of allergic rhinitis,who were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group,one group was treated by BiMinShuang capsule and the other group was treated by XinQin particles for 4 weeks,scoring before and after treatment on the main symptoms and signs.Results:The experimental research 240 patients,including effective patients were 225,168 patients in treatment group,57 patients in control group.Clinical curative effect shows:the rate of improvement of the treatment group was 79.76%,that rate of marked improvement was 62.29%;the control group was 77.19% and 57.89%,It was no significantly difference than the counterparts in control group.Conclusion:BiMinShuang capsule which has effects of tonifying qi and strengthening exterior,relieving rheumatic pains and stopping 1.rhinorrhea.it can improve the benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with clinical symptoms and signs.
