Abstract
The scientific character of the enterprise theory of western economics mainly reflects in three aspects: first is the research concept of keeping pace with the times;second,it reflects the general rules of enterprise operation and evolution under the condition of market economy in a sense;third,it reflects the basic contradiction and the development of the production mode of capitalism in microcosmic field to a certain degree.
