Zidianqing Particles Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Abdominal Allergic Purpura

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zidianqing particle combined with acupuncture in the treatment of abdominal allergic purpura. Methods: 120 patients of abdominal allergic purpura were randomly divided into two groups,including 60 patients in the treatment group used Zidianqing particle combined with acupuncture,and 60 patients in the control group used hormone combined with antihistamine; the treatment group contained 38 patients who were blood heat with wind exuberance type; 22 patients of deficiency syndrome who were Qi deficiency loss taken type. Treatment time was for four weeks,following up for half a year. Results: The treatment group was similar to the control group in effective rate and skin purple fade time,and there was no significant difference( P 0. 05),but the required number of days for abdominal pain relief in the treatment group had a significance compared with that in the control group( P 0. 05),and recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower compared with that in the control group( P 0. 01),so this difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Not only could it obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also it could reduce recurrence by Zidianqing particles combined with acupuncture in the treatment of abdominal allergic purpura.
