Drug effects of Enalapril and Losartan on renal hypertension

Objective To explore the drug effects of Enalapril and Losartan in treatment of renal hypertension.Methods Ninty-eighty patients with renal hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 49 cases in each January 2008 to December 2009 in our hospital.Control group was given enalapril,observation group were based on the use of losartan,the blood pressure and kidney function.were observed.Results Blood pressure was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was significant(t=4.31、3.98,P0.05);blood pressure observed compliance rate was significantly higher(83.7%) than control group,(61.2%),the difference was significant(χ2=6.19,P0.05);in observation group MAU,β2-M,BUN,SCr level of improvement was beter than the control group,the difference was significant(t=4.18、3.95、4.65、4.12,P0.05);incidence of adverse reactions compared the two groups,the difference was not significant(χ2=0.49,P0.05).Conclusion Enalapril and Losartan can play their respective advantages and play a synergistic role,to more effectively lower blood pressure,prevent or delay renal disease progression,and there is good security,is worthy of clinical application.
