Upgrading the Library Service by Reader-Oriented Principle

Abstract

It is advocated that reader-oriented principle is the objective demand of carrying out the view of scientific development,as well as the necessary choice for the existence and deveploment of the library.To upgrade the library service,lots of work should be done in the fields of updating ideas,creating a better service environment,improving service work,and protecting the reader's rights.
