Abstract
Network era has brought changes for the form and service mode of library.Library should make serious research on reader service work under network environment.We should set up service idea of basing on the human and the reader are the most important,fully exert network superiority,make innovation on reader service work,develop multi-kind of service mode by using network platform in order to meet the need of different readers.
