On Teachers' Qualities in Classroom Teaching

Classroom teaching is essential to school education.Teachers in Modern Times are in the new situation where classroom teaching focuses on quality education and students are actively learning. Author of this thesis argues that teachers in the new century should have modern classroom teaching conception,full humanism awareness,and that they ought to skillfully deal with information and judge different cultures as to create lively classroom teaching.
