Abstract

Improving society control level and innovating society management system is the important content of harmonious society construction.Our country enter the key period of developing and reform at present.Social management is confronted with a lot of new conditions and new problems.So we need innovate the society manages idea,and integrate all kinds social resources, to build the new manage system about the band of the government and the social organization.
