Abstract

Objective To study the rates of hyperuricemia in elderly people in Shengzhou area, and analysis the relationship between related cardiovascular risk factors and hyperuricemia. Methods The blood glucose, blood pressure, blood fat, body mass index and many kinds of cardiovascular risk factors of 1 281 cases of more than 60 years old people with hyperuricemia disease were epidemiology investigated. Results ①The older population of this community hyperuricemia disease prevalence was 18.5%.②smoking rate and alcohol consumption rates and high blood pressure and coronary heart disease of the hyperuricemia group were higher than blood uric acid levels normal group, comparing statistical ignificance(P 0.05),Stroke and diabetes were higher than blood uric acid levels normal group, but there were no statistically significant difference(P 0.05).③ The levels of TG,TC,SBP,DBP and LDL-C of hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than the blood uric acid levels normal group, and comparing statistical significance(P 0.05).HDL-C level was significantly lower than the blood uric acid levels normal group, and comparing statistical significance(P 0.05).BMI and FPG level were higher than blood uric acid levels normal group, but is not statistically significant difference(P 0.05).④ To define uric acid levels as the dependent variable for multiple regression analysis. The result shows, the TC,SBP,DBP,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C were factors for blood uric acid(P 0.05).Conclusion hyperuricemia and obesity, dyslipidemia, hypertension have close relations, can increase the risk of cardioascular disease.but the correlation between hyperuricemia and diabetes need to be studied.
