Effects of individual health education for children asthma treatment adherence and control

Abstract
Objective To explore individual health education for children children with asthma treatment adherence and asthma control effects.Methods All of 108 asthma children were randomly divided into trial group and control group each 54 cases,control use simple drug therapy and random health education,observation group use drug treatment at the same time for individual health education.Results Before health education two groups treatment adherence、knowledge of asthma had no statistical difference(P 0.05),carrying out health education after 6 months,followed up 6 months-2 years,average(17.23±6.94) months,the observation group treatment adherence,knowledge of asthma higher than the control group(P 0.05);The number of acute attack andt hospitalization less than control group(P 0.05).Conclusion The personalized health education can improve treatment adherence,and improve treatment adherence asthma control,worth clinical application
