Abstract
Antitumor effect of the Mistletoe protein extract was studied by analysis of cytotoxicity activity of tumor cells in vitro using MTT assay. The validity of this test method was also detected. The results indicated that the Mistletoe protein extract displayed antitumor effect in vitro; MTT assay was effective in detecting cytotoxicity activity. These data make a base for new medicine research.
