Abstract
Objective: To explore more useful and simple MTT assay. Methods: The NK cytotoxicity of twelve rats were detected by the 0h assay that effective cells and target cells were not incubated before MTT was added into the wells and the 4h assay that the MTT was added after effective cells and target cells were individually incubated for 4 hours. Results:The 0 h assay was positively correlated with the 4 h assay. Conclusion: NK cell activity can be measured by the 0 h assay.
