Share rights are dependent but coupled with company's ownership of property,which are defferent from real right and obligatary right in the field of traditional civil law.During the reform from state enterprise to state company,understanding share rights can pave the way theoretically for redefining share rights and corporation ownership of property.That is where lies the greatest value of share rights.Besides,share rights can significantly comsummate the theory on modern enterprise system and provide investors with ideal opportunity to profit.At last,magnifing of share rights can stimulate enterprise's pulse at most,improve enterprise's management efficiently and strengthen workers'position as hosts.
