Abstract
Objective To observe the effectiveness of mini-invasive intracranial hematoma debridement in treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and thirty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted into this department during October 2005 to October 2010 were randomly divided into two groups:control group and mini-invasive treatment group.Sixty five cases in control group were given with traditional medical treatment.Patients in mini-invasive treatment group were given with mini-invasive intracranial hematoma debridement. The effect and ADL scores of patients in these two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of mini-invasive treatment group was higher than that of control group(P0.01).ADL scores in patients of mini-invasive treatment group were much higher than those of patients in control group at 3 months after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Mini-invasive intracranial hematoma debridement has significant curative effect in treatment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
