Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effects of intracranial hematoma using micro-invasive operation in treatment of 48 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 96 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into two groups. 48 patients in the treatment group were treated with cleaning up intracranial hematoma using micro-invasive operation. 48 patients in the control group were treated with traditional drug treatment. The mortality rate, the time of cleaning hematoma and the activities of daily living(ADL) were compared. Results The mortality rate of the treatment group was 16.67%,which was less than that of the control group(29.17%) (P0.05) . And the time of cleaning hematoma and the activities of daily living in the treated group were superior to the control group(P0.05) . Conclusion Micro-invasive operation can evidently clean hematoma, cut down the mortality rate, improve the ADL and reduce the complications. It deserves clinical use.
