Abstract

This paper made comprehensive summary to the development present situation of current domestic and foreign green building and intelligent building,including its concept,characteristics,evaluation system and development situation and other aspects,made in-depth mutual comparison research,focus given in our country,the mutual relations and its influence to green building and intelligent building,and discussed the problems and the possible solutions encountered in the development process of green intelligent building,for reference.
