Abstract

The relationship between green building and building intelligence and the typical characteristics of green intelligent building were expounded. The traditional intelligent building and green intelligent building were compared and analyzed. The main obstacles existing in the sustainable development of green intelligent building was summarized. The sustainability of green intelligent building in future was prospected.
