Abstract
Objective To study the best treatment for infant dacryocystitis. Methods 320 infants with dacryocystitis(478 eyes) were treated with the dacryocyst massage(group A),the dacryocyst massage combined with the pressured lacrimal passage irrigation(group B),dacryocyst massage combined with the pressured lacrimal passage irrigation and the probing of lacrimal passage(group C).Then compared the efficacy of these three groups. Results The cure rate of group C is significantly better than group A and group B.Conclusion Using different methods of treatment to treat different levels of infant dacryocystitis could improve the cure rate of infant dacryocystitis, reduce the damage caused by treatment,it's worthy of promotion.
