Abstract

In view of the construction of Russia East Siberia-Pacific Oil Pipeline Project, some problems are reviewed in welding process evaluation,qualification examination of welders,scheme of construction period and welding at low temperature,construction experiences and lessons as well as proposals are considered of important reference for domestic pipeline construction companies.
