Abstract

Take the construction of the 19th pipeline section in West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project as an example,the author describes the overall construction program of the section,the construction scenario and procedure in different areas as well as the organization and cooperation relationship between different constrUction procedures.To accord with the safety and the quality insurance system in pipeline construction,a new construction scenario,the welding over ditch in plain area and welding in ditch in mountain area,is made.
