Course on the Constitutional Protection of Private Property

China's constitution has experienced several times of amendments and some frustrations on the protection of private property since the foundation of new China: the limited protection on the premise of socialistic reform in the early period; the entire negative on the ownership of private property; the start of gradual perfection on the protection of private property. And the amendment passed by the Tenth NPC passed more thorough provisions on the protection of private property, defined the scope of the private property, stipulated its noninvadable position in the view of constitutionalism, so this amendment has the significant stone mark.
