Private Property Protection: From Constitutional Idea to Institutional Frame

There are profound legal basis and great values of constitutional government when private property enters constitution. Through establishing status of private property, enlarging private property scope and setting up remedy system of limitation for private property in the general program, the new Constitution of China has perfected system of private property protection. Some questions, such as constitutional judicature and interpretation of constitution, rights distribution and respect to private property, and just procedure in limitation for private property, are to be further considered in performance of constitution.
