Based on gradualism theory, this paper firstly reviews some influential models, and then analyzes some basic matters. Finally, this paper makes a series of suggestions about the paths of our democratic politics construction. They are:from governable democracy to protective democracy, from imposed democracy to induced democracy, from inner-Party democracy to people's democracy, and from deliberative democracy to electoral democracy.
