Abstract

Electoral and deliberate are two major types of in modern society,which are,as different representation of democracy,not opposite but compatible.The collaboration and cooperation of two,which is of great significance in promoting root-level construction and politics modernization and in elevating administration performance,is very route to a new pattern of modern in China.The future trend of China's political will be coordinated development of the four democracy centering on electoral and consultative democracy.
