Abstract
The influencing factors of multiplication coefficient and regeneration quality for adventitious shoots of the S series dwarfing rootstock of pear were studied. The results showed: The regeneration capability of the adventitious shoots in different rootstocks was different. The multiplication coefficient and the quality of the shoots were higher on culture media with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA. The more the subculture times were, the higher the regeneration capability was.keeping GA 3 concentration under 0.1 mg/L and use of appropriative sealing material could improve the quality of adventitious shoots and overcome vitrification.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
