Abstract
The influencing factors of the micrografting survival rate for adventitious shoots of the S_2 dwarfing rootstock of pear were studied. The results showed subcultured for 30 days, the adventitious shoot grew strongly and the top of it came out marked new tip. After 4 to 6 days being trained in strong light ,under appropriate temperature,humidity and illumination, the adventitious shoot survived easily grafted on half wooden rootstock,and the rate of survive was 84.8%.
