Psychological nursing about functional dyspepsia patients

Abstract

Objective:To investigate about the role of psychological factors in functional dyspepsia(FD) and effect of psychological nursing on FD Method:Using hamilton Depression(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety(HAMA)and SCL-90 scales,30 patients of FD were marked before and after psychological nursing then the scores were statistically analyzed Results:The scores of three scales before and after psychological nursing have significant difference(P0 001) The digestive symptoms were relieved after psychological nursing Conc~lusion:FD was related to psychological factors Depression or anxiety commonly occurred in these patients,and psychological nursing is essential to the patients,and it can produce good effect
