Abstract

There are two types of mechanism of plant disease resistance, hypersensitive response (HR) and systemic acquired resistance (SAR). Disease resistance genes are determinant for the host that recognize the pathogeny specifically and trigger the resistant response complementing to avirulence genes of pathogeny.
